Crack Filling
Any cracks are filled and sealed with hot-pour rubberized crack filler before sealcoat is applied — preventing water infiltration and surface failure.
Surface Cleaning
The entire surface is blown clean and any oil spots are treated with a primer to ensure proper adhesion of the sealcoat.
Sealcoat Application
Commercial-grade sealcoat is applied in two coats using professional spray equipment for even coverage, a rich black finish, and maximum protection.
Cure & Striping
