Our Process
Site Assessment
We evaluate your soil type, area dimensions, and intended use. Most naturally occurring Florida soils are compatible — including sand, clay, and decomposed granite.
Surface Preparation
The existing surface is graded and compacted as needed. No excavation required. We work with your existing soil — no hauling in new materials.
SoilSet Application
The liquid polymer is sprayed directly onto the soil surface using standard equipment. It penetrates deep into the ground, binding soil particles together at a molecular level.
Cure & Use
The surface can be used immediately after drying (often within hours on a warm Florida day). Full weather resistance is achieved within 30 days.
